Terms of Service

CW Trades is a trading performance analytics, journaling and review platform. It records, normalises and analyses trading activity that you import or synchronise from your broker.

CW Trades is not a broker, an investment adviser, or a signal service. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Broker connections are read-only by default. CW Trades does not place, modify or manage orders autonomously. Where a control action is available (for example cancelling working orders), it is executed only on your explicit, confirmed instruction, and it is recorded in an immutable command log.

CW Trades reports what your data shows. Where a fact was never supplied by your broker or import file — commissions, fees, or fill-level detail on grouped trades — the platform marks it as missing rather than substituting a value.

Figures shown in CW Trades are for analysis and review. Your broker's and your prop firm's own statements remain authoritative for account balances, compliance and tax.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions of members you invite into your workspace. Roles determine what each member can read and change.

Do not attempt to access other workspaces' data, resell platform access, reverse engineer the service, or use it to redistribute market data you are not licensed to redistribute.

CW Trades is currently free while it is being tested. Access is granted by manual approval and may be limited, paused or withdrawn at any time. There is nothing to pay, no subscription and no card required during this period. If charging is introduced in future, it will not apply to any period without your explicit agreement first.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CW Trades is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made using the analysis it presents. Trading decisions remain entirely yours.

You may request deletion of your workspace at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a grace period during which it can be cancelled.
